The drive for perfection continues for several central Ohio programs as the high school football season enters week 8. Undefeated Olentangy Orange travels to face a determined Upper Arlington squad that is looking to bounce back from its first loss of the year last week at Liberty.

None of those upsets were more stunning than previously winless UCLA's 42-37 victory over No. 7 Penn State. The Bruins became the first team since 1985 to beat a top-10 opponent while boasting a record of 0-4 or worse. It also snapped Penn State's 34-game winning streak against unranked opponents, a new low in the James Franklin era.

The Hurricanes took down the Seminoles 28-22 in Tallahassee, completing an in-state sweep with wins over South Florida and Florida as well. Carson Beck threw for 241 yards and four touchdowns, while CJ Daniels hauled in five passes for 78 yards and two scores to lead Miami’s offense.

Tennessee and Arkansas have played in two bowl games, and were won by the Vols. Tennessee won the 1971 Liberty Bowl, 14-13, and was victorious in the 1990 Cotton Bowl, 31-27.

Booker T.'s defense held Pensacola scoreless for 35:51 until quarterback Jamarcuz Fountain’s four-yard touchdown scramble with four seconds left. After the Tigers went up 14-0, they were stopped on fourth down three times and punted twice.
